Efforts improve Haiti’s food security

Last fall, Joyce and David Bucklin participated in a Mennonite Central Committee learning tour in Haiti. They learned about the country's culture and agricultural, social and economic development.

The Bucklins and other participants met with local experts on issues ranging from food self-governing/independence, reforestation, the cholera epidemic, migration crisis and Haiti's ongoing electoral process.
